Who we are?

Harsh Bhushan:
An adept and effective trainer with 7 years of experience in personal development, personal effectiveness, leadership, communication skills, sales and customer service training. Harsh has been training individuals from various walks of life in helping them achieve their goals. He has trained people working with companies like Fidelity, Infosys, Aster & MindTree, etc.

Harsh has worked with Mphasis (www.mphasis.com) for 5 and ½ years and was responsible for training the sales & customer service team.

Alok Kumar:
Successful HR professional with 7 years of experience working with start-ups and medium size businesses setting HR function and infrastructure from scratch. He has played key role in growing a company from 30 to 600 people across multiple locations. Has experience and expertise in building strong HR processes and systems and building a positive culture and a culture of trust, teamwork and high performance. Has strong experience in organization structure and designing to meet the business challenges and knows ways to link HR strategy with business / organization strategy.

Alok is an MBA in HR from ICFAI Business School Bangalore and have worked in successful start-ups/SMBs like Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (www.kestone.in), redBus (www.redbus.in) an online bus ticketing start-up and LabourNet Services India Pvt Ltd (www.labournet.in) a social enterprise working for the un-organized sector workers.
